Scrapyard: Let's Make Tracks

Let's Make Tracks

This is what delivers the Grim eaper to his victims.

I loved this detail and the perspective it engenders.

The small pieces missing show how some of our friends in the scrapyard have fought back in some small way before the inevitability of death in the powerful mandibils of the reaper.

It seems you have fun in the scrapyard...
The color combinations and mix are amazing. Indeed there is beauty in scrap !

Hi, thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment.

Never knew scrapyards could suggest softness, warmth and a home-y feel. Contradiction extraordinaire.

Ian - this photograph shows much nicer with the black background of your blog then it does on Flickr (and I liked it a lot when I saw it on Flickr!)

I love the tones of this one in contrast to the subject, rusting steel.

Rock - i agree with this - i wish one could change the Flickr background - I know there has been a deal of debate onthis, but the suggestion has been turned down.
